Next-Link is seeking a Digital Portfolio Support Officer to join the Global Engineering function in Nivelles, Belgium. The role acts as the portfolio lead's operational right hand, ensuring governance, reporting quality and cross-stakeholder coordination across a digital project portfolio focused on facilities, HSE, wellbeing and sustainability.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in project coordination or PMO, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Portfolio Support environments.
• Experience with stakeholder management and autonomous execution in a governance context.
• Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English and French at professional working level.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with project managers on status, milestones and budget tracking.
• Prepare and consolidate portfolio review materials for governance meetings.
• Support preparation and follow-up of portfolio and governance meetings.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, trackers, and reporting documentation.
• Create leadership-ready presentations with clear messaging.
• Monitor project backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Maintain SharePoint content and documentation repositories.
• Ensure documentation is versioned, archived and accessible.
• Contribute to resource planning and portfolio capacity reviews.
• Proactively chase stakeholders to ensure timely updates and actions.
