• Experience in portfolio or project management in complex multi-stakeholder environments (≥5 years).
• ≥5 years in a large corporate environment (≥1,000 employees) in asset-intensive sector (e.g. rail, energy, logistics).
• Experience with PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI and Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement abilities with excellent communication.

ACENSI is looking for a Strategic Portfolio Officer for one of their clients based in Brussels:

Expected tasks

The Supply Chain Directorate's strategic portfolio constitutes a central asset that enables Management to access, analyze, and manage key strategic elements. Articulated and aligned with the business plan, it provides dual added value:

• Ensuring the continuous recording of essential strategic data, as it is subject to change based on regular strategic decisions made by our client.
• Coordinating, steering, and consolidating the key data of all strategic actions contributing to the operationalization of this strategy.
• Finalize, consolidate, and sustain the development of a structured and interconnected database, constituting the strategic portfolio in its current version.
• Ensure the portfolio remains up to date regarding strategic ambitions and the resources allocated to the Directorate's strategy, in alignment with the Directorate's business plan and our client's strategic decisions.
• Coordinate and update all strategic actions operationalizing the strategy, ensuring a modular formalization tailored to the level of agility sought by the Directorate. This formalization is exhaustive and includes, among other things, the progress of the actions and their contribution to strategic objectives.
• Proactively monitor and continuously challenge the execution of the strategy via the portfolio, to guarantee the achievement of strategic objectives in accordance with the Directorate's business plan and subsequent our client strategic decisions.
• Manage, within the portfolio, priorities, interdependencies, risks and opportunities, as well as expected enablers from partner directorates, to achieve strategic objectives efficiently.
• Ensure the identification and mapping of the strategy's operationalization workload for all stakeholders within the portfolio.
• Develop, structure, and, if necessary, evolve the strategic portfolio governance. Organize, prepare, and formalize the results of all strategic meetings necessary for portfolio steering.
• With the support of the Transformation PMO, ensure that all documents required for the strategic portfolio, as well as related deliverables, are referenced, structured, and made available to stakeholders in a professional and accessible manner.
• Actively contribute to the development of the Directorate's strategic dashboard, consolidating all KPIs linked to the business plan objectives, in order to monitor progress toward strategic objectives.
• Regarding the financial impacts of the portfolio, provide relevant and effective support to Management in drafting analyses and business cases to inform decision-making.
• Contribute to the dissemination and ownership of the strategy within the Directorate, as well as the involvement of employees in its implementation. Guide and support stakeholders regarding the articulation and content of the portfolio to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with all stakeholders at all levels of the organization, to ensure buy-in, consistency, and alignment of the Directorate's strategic portfolio.
• Reporting to the head of the Transformation Office of the Directorate, maintain effective collaboration with other members, distributed across the Program Management and Change Management teams.

Requested profile

• Experience in project and portfolio management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
• Good knowledge of standard management and analysis tools (SAP, PowerBI, Excel).
