NextLink Group is seeking a Digital Portfolio Support Officer in Nivelles, Belgium. You will join the Global Engineering function to support the management of a digital project portfolio covering engineering facilities, safety, wellbeing, and sustainability initiatives.

The role acts as the portfolio lead's operational right hand, ensuring governance, reporting quality, project follow-up, and cross-stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Project Coordination, PMO, or Portfolio Support.
• Support-oriented, not portfolio leadership, able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and French (professional).
• Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with project managers on status, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budget.
• Prepare and consolidate portfolio review materials for prioritization meetings and governance.
• Support preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of governance meetings.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, portfolio trackers, and reporting documentation.
• Create leadership-ready presentations and portfolio review content with clear messaging.
• Monitor project backlogs and progress using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Prepare communications, newsletters, updates, and slide decks.
• Maintain SharePoint content and documentation repositories.
• Ensure documentation is versioned, archived, and accessible.
• Support portfolio governance compliance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to resource planning and capacity reviews.
• Proactively chase stakeholders to ensure timely updates.
