Next-Link in Bruxelles, Belgium is seeking a Change Management professional to drive digital adoption and support transformation across the organization. You will support two Communities of Practice, combining Change Management with Digital/IT expertise, and help shape communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

The role covers both the Change Management Community and the Functional System Owner Community, focusing on embedding best practices and sustaining digital

Qualifications

• Strong Change Management experience with proven methodologies.
• Ability to plan communications and map stakeholders effectively.
• Experience organizing training and adoption activities.
• Proven ability to define and execute change strategies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance change management frameworks, methodologies and toolkits.
• Support growth and maturity of the Change Management Community.
• Contribute to learning and capability-building journeys.
• Capture and integrate best practices into existing methodologies.
• Develop and execute communication plans for the Functional System Owner Community.
• Coordinate training and engagement initiatives and perform stakeholder mapping.
