Job summary

ICF is seeking a candidate in Belgium to support digital communication management for dialogue spaces with CSOs, foundations and EU bodies. The role focuses on designing and setting up digital platforms, maintaining online content, and analytics to measure performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in digital communication or equivalent and has at least 3 years of experience in digital platforms, with strong English (C1) and proficiency in French or Spanish (C1).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in digital communication or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in design, setup and maintenance of online presence/digital platforms.
• 3 years of professional experience in digital communication management.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• C1 level in French or Spanish; the other language at least B2 is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design, setup and management of digital platforms.
• Management of widely used project management tools compatible with the Commission's IT environment.
• Oversee digital communication campaigns and online content quality.
