ICF is seeking an experienced professional to support multi-stakeholder dialogues at global and regional levels, engaging civil society networks, foundations and local authorities. You will assist the European Commission and Policy Forum on Development through facilitation, drafting concept notes, and updating policy-related papers.

Fluent English at C1 and French or Spanish at C1 with a strong B2 level in the other language are required, plus extensive experience in reporting and producing

Qualifications

• At least a university degree (Master or equivalent) in political science, international relations, development cooperation, economics, communication, or relevant discipline; optionally Bachelor + 3 years work experience plus 7 years overall experience.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in facilitation and moderation of multi-stakeholders’ consultation activities.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in drafting reports, policy papers, background documents, agenda and concept notes.
• C1 level of English
• C1 level of French or Spanish
• At least B2 level of the other language (French or Spanish) will be considered an asset
• At least 7 years of professional experience in multistakeholder engagement in policy processes with international organisations or state actors.
• Professional experience in communication will be considered an asset.
• Professional experience of at least 3 years in preparing, facilitating and reporting back from international multi-stakeholder consultations/dialogues.
• Professional experience of at least 1 year in database management.
• Professional experience of at least 1 year in update and moderation of digital communication platforms.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate multi-stakeholder consultations and dialogues.
• Draft background documents, policy papers and concept notes.
• Coordinate and report on consultations with international organisations and state actors.
• Moderate and update digital communication platforms related to policy dialogues.
• Support in developing concept notes and updates on civil society policy issues.
