Job summary

ICF is seeking a candidate in Belgium to support digital communication management for dialogue spaces with CSOs, foundations and EU bodies. The role focuses on designing and setting up digital platforms, maintaining online content, and analytics to measure performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in digital communication or equivalent and has at least 3 years of experience in digital platforms, with strong English (C1) and proficiency in French or Spanish (C1).

Project Summary

The overallobjective(Impact) to which this action contributes is: To assist the European Commission in facilitating spaces for dialogue (in-person and virtual) and consultations at global and regional level with civil society networks, foundations and associations of local authorities and EU institutions and Member States, mainly through the Policy Forum on Development (PFD), and ad hoc consultations. To support the European Commission in exploring new avenues of cooperation with CSOs, foundations and LAs and guiding the organisations in this regard. To contribute to the drafting of concept notes, regular updates on policy issues related to and raised by civil society, foundations and associations of local authorities and contributeinbackground papers, and other material relevant for the dialogue.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least a university degree (Masterdegree or equivalent) in disciplines related to digital communication platforms and/or online content. This diploma may be replaced by aBachelordegree (or equivalent) plus 3 years of work experience in design, set up, maintenance of online presence and/or digital communication platforms in addition to the 3 years requirement under the general professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in working on digital technologies (web standards, page design, web content management systems, webanalyticsand performance measurement tools, etc.)
• C1 level of English
• C1 level of either French or Spanish
• At least B2 level of the other language (Spanish or French, as applicable) will be considered as an asset.

General Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital communication management.

Specific Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in design,setupand management of digital platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing widely used project management tools compatible with the Commission's IT environment.
