EmpHire is seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end implementations across warehousing, transportation and distribution. You will work with clients to design, configure and optimise logistics solutions, manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior consultants.

The role focuses on WM/TM capabilities, data migration, system integration and post go-live optimisation, with opportunities to partner with senior stakeholders on international projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in supply chain or logistics consulting.
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience from design through go-live.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation and distribution.
• Hands-on WM and/or TM experience.
• Experience leading workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead logistics and supply chain implementation projects from design to go-live.
• Collaborate with clients to understand logistics strategy, processes and tech needs.
• Design end-to-end logistics solutions across warehousing, transportation and distribution.
• Analyse processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and digitalisation.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technology-enabled solutions.
• Manage workstreams, timelines and stakeholders.
• Support data migration, system integration and testing activities.
• Develop junior team members and contribute to the wider practice.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and support business development.
