EmpHire is seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end implementations across warehousing, transportation and distribution. You will work with clients to design, configure and optimise logistics solutions, manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior consultants.

The role focuses on WM/TM capabilities, data migration, system integration and post go-live optimisation, with opportunities to partner with senior stakeholders on international projects.

Logistics & Supply Chain Manager – Digital Implementation

About the role

We are supporting a leading consulting organisation in Belgium that is looking to strengthen its Supply Chain & Logistics team with an experienced Manager.

This role is focused on helping clients design and implement end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions, working across both business processes and technology. You will support clients through complex implementation programmes, from the initial assessment and solution design through to configuration, testing, go-live and post-implementation optimisation.

The role would suit an experienced supply chain or logistics consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience, particularly across Warehouse Management (WM) and/or Transportation Management (TM).

Your responsibilities

As a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, you will:

• Lead logistics and supply chain implementation projects from initial design through to go-live and stabilisation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their logistics strategy, processes, operational challenges and technology requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end logistics solutions across areas such as warehousing, transportation, distribution and fulfilment.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead specific implementation workstreams and manage project deliverables, timelines and stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, technology vendors and other implementation partners.
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to define requirements and agree future-state processes.
• Support data migration, system integration and testing activities.
• Identify implementation risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Support change management, training and user adoption activities.
• Manage and develop junior team members and contribute to the wider development of the Supply Chain practice.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to business development activities.

We are looking for an experienced supply chain or logistics professional who combines strong functional knowledge with hands‑on implementation experience.

Ideally, you will have:

• Several years of experience in supply chain, logistics consulting or a comparable industry role.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements and design through to go-live.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes across warehousing, transportation and distribution.
• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management (WM) and/or Transportation Management (TM).
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technology solutions.
• Experience leading workshops and working directly with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects in complex environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior consultants.

The key requirement is strong implementation experience and an understanding of the underlying logistics processes, rather than expertise in one specific technology platform.
