Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Manager to lead logistics transformation projects within life sciences supply chains. You will shape strategies, design processes, and co-create with clients to implement operating model changes across warehousing, transportation and distribution.

You will guide teams, manage risks, and drive commercial growth while traveling to client sites and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project experience in life sciences supply chains, focusing on logistics
• Up-to-date knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS and network design tools
• Hands-on leader who adds structure and clarity to fast-moving environments
• Commercially focused with experience in managing and growing major life sciences accounts
• Confident communicator able to present to senior stakeholders and structure ideas clearly
• Proven track record leading teams, projects and programs across life science customers
• Experience coaching team members and developing others in project settings
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to improve collaboration and impact
• Master's degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or related field
• Willing to travel internationally and work in a hybrid model
• Valid driver’s license or plan to obtain one within six months

Responsabilités

• Lead logistics transformation projects from strategy to implementation
• Shape project plan, approach, and team setup for defined scope
• Design and redesign logistics processes, systems, tools and ways of working
• Co-create with client to identify needs and operating model changes
• Manage complexity by structuring analyses and identifying risks
• Serve as day-to-day contact for senior client stakeholders
• Coach and guide consultants to deliver strong performance
• Ensure project deliverables are clear and meaningful for decision makers
• Manage and grow commercial engagements, identifying new opportunities
• Travel regularly to client sites to support delivery and workshops
