GAIA is seeking a Digital Fundraising & Campaign Officer based in Brussels to design and oversee digital fundraising campaigns, drive donor recruitment, and manage communications across social media channels.

You will optimize online donation platforms and the CRM, analyze performance data, and collaborate with marketing teams to align initiatives with broader objectives. You will also be the primary contact for service providers and partners involved in campaigns.

As a Digital Fundraising & Campaign Officer you will be responsible for :

• Developing and executing fundraising campaigns on social media (SEA);
• Creating & coordinating emailing campaigns to engage and retain donors (SEO);
• Managing and optimising online donation platforms and the CRM;
• Analysing campaign performances and providing actionable insights for improvement ;
• Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies ;
• Serving as the main day-to-day point of contact for service providers and for maintaining strong relationships with them.
