FYEG in Belgium is seeking a Digital Engagement and Campaigns Officer to manage its digital community, support fundraising campaigns, and coordinate with the Executive Committee.

You will work 35 hours per week, with teleworking options, and report to the Secretary General. Fluency in English, volunteer coordination experience, and CRM knowledge are essential.

The role offers a permanent contract, a monthly gross salary of 2550€ and benefits including meal vouchers and transport support.

Qualifications

• Proven copywriting experience.
• Experience in digital campaigning and digital organising.
• Proficient with CRM tools such as Action Network; strong digital literacy.
• Experience working with volunteers.
• Basic online and in-person event planning.
• Good organizational and time management.

Responsabilités

• Dynamising and moderating the digital community of FYEG on the internal platform.
• Creation of digital fundraising campaigns on Lunda with support from the Communications team.
• Participation in conceptualisation and preparation of digital campaigns with the Communications Officer.
• Acting as a bridge between the digital community and the Executive Committee.
• Managing FYEG’s CRM system.
• Coordinating and keeping contact with stakeholders to coordinate actions.
• Support the general functioning and development of FYEG’s activities with ad-hoc tasks.
