GAIA, based in Brussels, urgently seeks a Digital Fundraising & Campaign Officer to lead social media fundraising, coordinate donor email campaigns, and optimize online donation platforms and CRM. You will analyse results, collaborate with marketing teams, and manage service provider relationships to drive donor engagement and sustainable funding.

Ideally, you have hands-on experience with SEA campaigns, email marketing, and CRM systems, and you thrive in a nonprofit environment that values

• Experience creating and executing fundraising campaigns on social media.

• Experience managing online donation platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

• Experience maintaining relationships with service providers.

As a Digital Fundraising & Campaign Officer you will be responsible for :

• Developing and executing fundraising campaigns on social media (SEA);
• Creating & coordinating emailing campaigns to engage and retain donors (SEO);
• Managing and optimising online donation platforms and the CRM;
• Analysing campaign performances and providing actionable insights for improvement ;
• Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies ;
• Serving as the main day-to-day point of contact for service providers and for maintaining strong relationships with them.
