Job summary
NN Insurance Services Belgium is seeking a Customer Journey Expert to shape and optimize the digital sales experience across channels. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, manage end-to-end projects, and collaborate with Product teams to prioritize opportunities and maximize impact.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in digital/sales roles, strong analytics skills, and fluency in English with knowledge of French and Dutch.
Qualifications
- Candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 2 years in digital/sales/customer-journey roles.
- Strong digital mindset and experience with digital sales processes and insurance products is a plus.
- Excellent English communication with good French and Dutch is expected.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales across digital and brokerage channels.
- Build and execute an action plan for distribution of non-life insurance products.
- Develop and optimize digital sales flows and product pages.
- Design segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Improve the digital sales funnel to maximize conversion.
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and test plans.
- Support product improvements and new value propositions.
- Propose initiatives to boost digital visibility and customer acquisition.
- Develop contact strategies aligned with key customer life moments.
