As a Development Engineer, you combine design, validation, and problem-solving across disciplines, collaborating with suppliers and test teams to deliver robust, efficient products and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Experience in developing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and/or mechatronic systems.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Spanish a plus.
- Analytical and pragmatic hands-on mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of components and subsystems for advanced drivetrain applications.
- Translate requirements into robust engineering solutions via calculations, simulations and risk analyses.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for implementation and industrialization.
- Work with test engineers to validate designs and optimize performance.
- Investigate technical issues and drive corrective actions.
- Contribute to future technology developments and continuous product improvements.
