Verhaert On-Site Consulting in Hasselt, Belgium, seeks an experienced E-Drive System Engineer to enhance the development and support of hybrid and electric driveline systems. Responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges, the ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities include continuous improvement activities and technical investigations. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, at least 3 years of related experience, and proficiency in troubleshooting and system integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, electrification, or advanced mechatronic systems.
• Proven experience in system engineering within complex multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong understanding of electric propulsion systems and power electronics.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, coordinate, and resolve complex technical challenges across electrified driveline systems.
• Support serial-life engineering and continuous improvement activities for electrified drive systems.
• Lead and coordinate root-cause investigations for field issues, warranty claims.
