Euroclear is seeking a Delivery Enablement Lead within the GBS division to strengthen the EB settlement tribe by improving delivery practices, governance and cross-squad orchestration.

You will coordinate transversal capabilities, act as intake manager, lead multi-skilled IT professionals across locations, and drive predictable, value-focused delivery while tracking KPIs and aligning with the IT Target Operating Model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading IT delivery programmes in complex environments.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow IT professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid software delivery.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple squads, functions and governance layers.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• People leadership and squad management across multiple locations and partners.
• Coordinate architecture, issue management, and demand visibility across tribes.
• Promote standard delivery practices, tools and predictability.
• Define and track delivery KPIs and dashboards for governance.
• Coordinate across squads, architecture, testing and programmes to align delivery.
• Maintain intake workflow, align capacity with demand and provide trend visibility.
