We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex business and IT transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banking, Payments, and Capital Markets, with proven expertise in outcome-driven delivery, stakeholder management, and transformation programs. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple workstreams, ensure successful project execution, and drive business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engagement & Delivery Management:

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and transformation initiatives.
• Lead outcome-based engagements with focus on business value, timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
• Establish governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across engagements.

2. Business & IT Transformation:

• Lead large-scale business transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to define target operating models and transformation strategies.
• Support organizational change management and process optimization activities.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Drive adoption of digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives.
• Leverage strong domain knowledge in Banking, Payments, and Capital Markets.
• Understand regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements within financial institutions.
• Engage with clients to address industry-specific challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
• Support transformation programs related to payments modernization, trading platforms, risk management, or core banking systems.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and leadership teams.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and executive reviews.
• Influence decision-making and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Manage expectations effectively while ensuring transparency throughout delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Delivery Management and Program Management.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Business Transformation and IT Transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivery financials.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.
