Euroclear is seeking a Delivery Enablement Lead within the Group Business Solutions (GBS) division. The role oversees the Delivery Enablement Squad, coordinating cross-functional expertise to improve delivery practices, governance, and cross-squad orchestration.

You’ll ensure squads are enabled to deliver on commitments while maintaining alignment with the IT Target Operating Model. The Lead serves as Intake Manager, capturing and routing new demands, maintaining transparency on trends, and

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT delivery, programme or project management.
• Experience leading agile teams, ideally in complex delivery environments.
• Ability to mentor, guide and develop squad members and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead transversal roles (EDOs, Architects, Programme Managers).
• Coordinate architecture, issue management, and demand visibility.
• Define and track delivery KPIs and dashboards.
• Represent delivery enablement in GBS initiatives.
• Act as escalation owner for delivery issues and blockers.
