• 4+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management and Master Data Management.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into data management needs.
• Analytical problem-solver with a product-oriented mindset and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design sustainable data solutions that provide immediate value and long-term reliability.
• Contribute to the evolution of data governance methodologies by providing feedback from practical field implementations.
• Coach and advise stakeholders, including data owners and stewards, on data management practices and the use of the data platform.
• Review and maintain a transversal business glossary to ensure a common language and clear data definitions across the organization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary product teams to align expectations and drive data-driven innovation.
• Facilitate workshops and bring stakeholders from diverse backgrounds together to converge on technical and functional data solutions.
