Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking an expert Data Manager and Governance Consultant for an on-site Brussels engagement. You will own data quality, integrity and regulatory reporting within your perimeter while promoting a data-by-design culture and ensuring GDPR/BCBS 239 compliance.

You will lead end-to-end data governance activities, document data terms and dictionaries, and collaborate with Legal, IT and Risk. A banking/financial services background and strong stakeholder mgmt are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data management, governance or risk reporting.
• 7+ years of overall experience in banking or financial services.
• Fluent English; Dutch and French local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, integrity and protection for regulatory reporting.
• Drive data governance programs and maintain data dictionaries and lineage.
• Promote Data-by-Design culture and train tribe members.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal and Risk to resolve data issues.
• Ensure GDPR/BCBS 239 compliance and DPIA when needed.
