Job summary

EY Belgium is seeking a Data Governance Manager to ensure the quality, security, and compliance of client data assets. You will lead the development and promotion of governance frameworks, supporting senior stakeholders across the organization.

You'll coordinate data quality initiatives, drive governance tool adoption (Collibra, Informatica, Precisely), and mentor junior strategists within EY's Data Management & Strategy practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance or data management.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and promote data governance policies and standards.
• Establish data quality standards across systems and platforms.
• Define data governance roles and drive data stewardship culture.
