ACENSI Belgium seeks a Data Manager & Governance expert to ensure data quality, integrity and protection from origination to consumption, including regulatory reporting. You will advocate Data-by-Design, promote a governance culture and ensure GDPR, BCBS 239 compliance in collaboration with IT, Legal and Risk teams.

You will drive data lineage, dictionaries and quality controls, align with Group standards, and coordinate with Data Centre of Excellence to resolve data issues in a banking context.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in data management, governance or risk reporting.
• At least 7 years of overall professional experience, with banking/financial services background.
• Knowledge of GDPR, BCBS 239 and KYD.
• Experience with data lineage, data dictionaries and data quality metrics.
• Understanding of Risk and Finance reporting processes.
• Knowledge of API governance including ISO 20022 and Swagger.
• Familiarity with Wikidata, EDM and Agile/AWOW ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of data quality, integrity and protection within the assigned perimeter.
• Validate data used for regulatory reporting in line with quarterly planning deadlines.
• Identify data quality, integrity and protection risks and define/remediate controls.
• Document Data Dictionaries and critical reports in BNPPF tools, ensuring data lineage traceability.
• Promote data governance through Data-by-Design and train team members.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT and Data Centre of Excellence to resolve data issues.
• Ensure data transfers are secure and compliant (CFT/MQ).
• Oversee data inventories, dictionaries and quality controls; participate in governance forums.
