TM Green Group in Mons, Belgium is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the project’s compliance team on a major data centre initiative. You will manage workforce documentation, records, and processes in line with Belgian and EU requirements, coordinating with teams, subcontractors and labour providers.

The role emphasizes administration, HR compliance, and legal awareness, with English fluency and knowledge of Limosa beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, HR, compliance or law.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment requirements (Limosa) is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in construction or project-based environments is beneficial.
• Fluent English; French or Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and organise employment contracts, right-to-work records, timesheets, payslips and posted worker documentation.
• Maintain compliance records, trackers and project documentation.
• Check subcontractor and labour agency documentation.
• Support Belgian workforce requirements, including Limosa and posted worker documentation.
• Assist with social compliance audits and inspections.
• Track compliance issues, corrective actions and outstanding documentation.
• Prepare reports and information for compliance meetings and KPI reporting.
• Liaise with subcontractors and labour providers to obtain required documentation.
• Support workforce welfare initiatives, training and toolbox talks.
• Work alongside HR, Procurement, HSE and Project Management teams.
