TMF Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team in Belgium. You will provide end-to-end payroll services for international clients, ensuring compliance with Belgian payroll legislation and delivering accurate output documents.

You will manage a client portfolio, communicate with international clients, and support joiners, leavers, and Dimona declarations, using Prisma or Officient when required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in Belgian payroll, preferably in outsourcing
• Team-oriented and client-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; English fluency plus Dutch or French

Responsabilités

• Establish strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor
• Process payroll end-to-end for international clients
• Ensure compliance with Belgian payroll legislation
• Handle joiners/leavers and Dimona declarations
• Prepare required output documents and liaise with governmental bodies
