Job summary

Continental Benelux is seeking a senior legal/compliance professional to coordinate Benelux compliance and data protection matters while providing legal consultancy on commercial/contracts, civil, labor, and corporate topics.

You will collaborate with central and local teams on negotiations, drafting and reviewing policies, and support with claims management, acting as a House of Rules steward and training junior colleagues. Fluent Dutch, French and English are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law.
• Several years of professional experience with exposure to commercial contracts, data protection and/or compliance topics.
• Experience and willingness to work in a highly matrixed, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Benelux Compliance and Data Protection matters in close alignment with Corporate teams.
• Provide legal consultancy on national and international commercial/contracts law, civil law, labor law and corporate matters.
• Collaborate with central and local teams on negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and other documents, and support with claims management.
