Keystone Solutions seeks a Data Analyst Marketing & Communication consultant to support client engagements within the Brand & Corporate Functions cluster. You will analyze campaigns and events, translate data into insights, and help optimize marketing performance on-site.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, measuring delivery effectiveness, and coaching users on analytical tools while driving change across complex organizations. French required, Dutch knowledge is a plus.

• Document, support, and train users on the use of various available tools to analyze the performance of marketing and communications activities.

Requirements

• Proven ability to collaborate and inspire colleagues while maintaining a sharp analytical mindset.
• Solid experience in change management within complex organizations is highly valued.
• Expertise in transforming data to impactful information that influences decisions.
• Ability to make connections and challenge the status of the is trigger .
• At least 3 years of experience measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives, with strong knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, marketing funnel, and conversion funnel.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr.
• Mastery of SQL language and complex data processing.
• Good knowledge of French and passive knowledge of Dutch, or vice versa.

Work Arrangement

50% on site and 50% homeworking.
