Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst Marketing & Communications consultant in Belgium to work on client sites within the Brand & Corporate Functions cluster. You will partner with performance analysts on Run & Change initiatives to build a culture of performance.

The role emphasizes analyzing campaigns and events, building dashboards, and guiding data-driven decisions, with 50% on-site and 50% remote work across Belgian clients.

Qualifications

• Experience measuring marketing and communications performance.
• Strong knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion funnels.
• Ability to train users on analysis tools.
• Experience in change management within complex organizations is valued.
• Fluent in French with passive knowledge of Dutch or vice versa.

Mission Overview:

The consultancy mission is for a Data Analyst Marketing & Communication, representing Keystone Solutions at the client site. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work within the Brand & Corporate Functions cluster, collaborating closely with performance analysts dedicated to Run & Change activities. Your role is pivotal in developing skills and fostering a culture of performance within the cluster.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate decision-making by analyzing campaigns, communications, and events performance, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure delivery effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Document, support, and train users on the use of various available tools to analyze the performance of marketing and communications activities.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to collaborate and inspire colleagues while maintaining a sharp analytical mindset.
• Solid experience in change management within complex organizations is highly valued.
• Expertise in transforming data into impactful information that influences decisions.
• Ability to make connections and challenge the status quo, driving continuous improvement.
• At least 3 years of experience measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives, with strong knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, marketing funnel, and conversion funnel.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr.
• Mastery of SQL language and complex data processing.
• Good knowledge of French and passive knowledge of Dutch, or vice versa.
