Keystone Solutions is seeking a Digital Business Analyst for a client-site consultancy role in Belgium. You will drive digital channel optimization for Corporate Banking, gather and translate requirements, and lead stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.

You will map customer journeys, define MVPs, and prepare business cases while collaborating with product and process teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives at client environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• English proficiency is required with excellent knowledge of Dutch or French.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or workshop facilitation are a plus.
• Limited travel, 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Responsabilités

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Digital Business Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and continuous optimization of digital channels for Corporate Banking customers and users, focusing on professional loans and related customer and employee journeys.
• Gather requirements, conduct business analysis and discovery activities to deeply understand customer needs, business objectives, and pain points, translating insights into valuable opportunities and solutions.
• Engage stakeholders, ensuring alignment around project progress, timelines, and objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend effective and feasible solutions, balancing customer value, business impact, costs, and implementation constraints, while supporting successful delivery and adoption.
• Support the testing phase with business requirement clarification, create presentation materials for change management, and lead incident closure in collaboration with Functional Analysts and developers.
• Collaborate closely with Channel Managers, Marketing/Product Management, and Process teams to align digital solutions with overall strategy and objectives for Banking Channels.
• Lead product discovery and business analysis studies, including customer journey mapping, opportunity assessment, concept validation, MVP definition, mock-ups, business case preparation, and decision-making material for management and product boards.
• Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT, using a user-centric, collaborative, and agile approach.

Requirements:

• English proficiency is required, with excellent knowledge of at least Dutch or French.
• Master’s degree.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, workshop facilitation, innovation, or design thinking are a plus.
• Limited need for international and domestic travel.
• Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Technical Experience (Mandatory):

• Requirements gathering and analysis, including documentation, OKR definition, Customer Journey Mapping, and User Story slicing.
• BPMN.
• Data analysis using Excel, Business Objects, or other leading tools.
• Stakeholder engagement, including stakeholder mapping, active listening, and strong communication skills (written and presentation).
• Project management skills, including agile methodologies.
• Problem solving and critical thinking (cost/benefit analysis, root cause analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.).
• Experience in creating business cases from preparation to validation.
• Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client-facing environment.
• Use of collaborative tools such as digital whiteboards and SharePoint.
• Understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile - Scrum).

Business Experience:

• Ability to run productive meetings, work collaboratively, and facilitate workshops.
• Extensive experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client-facing environment.
• Experience managing digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects to ensure business objectives and deadlines are met.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with concept design, UX testing, and innovation.
• Proficiency in using data insights for informed business decisions and optimizing digital channels.
• Experience in the financial services sector and familiarity with daily banking and cards in an enterprise context.
