Keystone Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst CSRD to support a consultancy mission on-site at the client in Belgium, contributing to their CSRD program within the Chief Operating Office of Finance.

The role requires 3-6 years as a BA, strong MS Excel skills, and a Master’s degree. Bilingual Dutch/French with excellent English is preferred; 50% on-site and 50% remote work is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Project/Program Management Professional certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ESG/ESRS Finance reporting is preferable.
• Experience in financial services sector, preferably banking.
• Audit experience is an asset.
• Excellent Dutch, good French, excellent English (working language).

Responsabilités

• Assimilate the CSRD framework and its impacts.
• Examine disclosure requirements for implementation.
• Assess required data needs, compare with existing data, and support data gap analysis.
• Set up CSRD ESRS stakeholder groups involving Finance, Risk, Data, Business, Compliance, Engagement and Sustainability, Facilities, HR, and others.
• Update and detail the project plan, roadmap, resourcing, and provide regular updates as part of CSRD governance.
• Monitor project progress against deadlines.
• Contribute to interactions with group entities.
• Support stream leads in delivering their contributions on an ad hoc basis.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.

• Examine disclosure requirements for implementation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Internal control notions (Audit) are preferable.
• Knowledge of change/project management methodologies, principles, and techniques is an asset.
• Experience in the financial services sector (preferably banking) is an asset.
• Knowledge of ESG/ESRS Finance (regulatory) reporting is preferable.
• Good understanding of workflow processes within financial organizations.
• Strong organizational and business strategy insight.
• Audit experience is an asset.
• Very strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive change, structured approach, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to frame complex problems, apply creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Confidentiality and maturity in internal and external communications.
• Strong communicator with a diplomatic approach.

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking, with exceptions during project delivery and onboarding.
• No travel required.
