Job summary

Beyond Data Group is seeking a Data & AI Solution Leader who can drive the data strategy for clients in Belgium, connect business needs with practical AI solutions, and mentor a growing team of consultants. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic client engagements, shaping architectures and guiding projects from concept to adoption.

The candidate will lead workshops, manage executive-level discussions, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and consultants to deliver

Qualifications

At least 5 years as a Data Architect designing modern data platforms and analytics solutions.
Experience in consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, or advisory roles.
Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and customer conversations.
Translate business challenges into actionable data/AI roadmaps and solutions.
Own projects from architecture and solution design through delivery and adoption.
Provide architectural guidance and ensure technical quality on engagements.
Stay actively involved in key customer engagements and milestones; delegate effectively to consultants.
