Datashift in Belgium seeks a growth-oriented Data & AI Strategy Senior Manager to lead and expand our strategy practice. You will co-lead the team, steer complex transformation initiatives, and advise C-suite clients on value realization from data and AI.

You will build client relationships, drive business development, and guide engagements from discovery to implementation, with strong leadership to develop teams and scale our services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven consulting experience essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development and client relationship skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the strategy business by expanding client relationships and opportunities.
• Lead consulting teams and shape Datashift's strategy offerings.
• Manage end-to-end Data & AI strategy engagements from discovery to value realization.
• Advise senior stakeholders and ensure project quality and impact.
• Support AI adoption and change management initiatives.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and guide complex transformations.
