Projective Group is seeking a Data & AI Transformation Consultant in Belgium to help financial institutions unlock the value of their data. You will work with banks, insurers and custodians on data strategy, governance, AI adoption and operating model transformations.

You will join a team that collaborates with stakeholders across business and technology, uses SQL to assess data and translate insights into practical recommendations, and supports data governance and AI readiness initiatives.

Qualifications

• +2 years in data, business analysis, data governance, reporting or related field.
• Native fluency in Dutch or French, and fluent English.
• Master's degree in business, economics, management, IT, engineering or related discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Interest in data, AI, and financial services.
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with leading banks and financial institutions on strategic data and transformation initiatives.
• Assess data landscapes and translate them into practical recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support data governance, data quality and AI readiness initiatives.
• Help clients build operating models and governance structures to scale data and AI.
• Use SQL and other tools to assess data and support decision-making.
• Present findings and progress to stakeholders clearly.
