Ignite in Ghent, Belgium seeks a Fleet Operations Consultant to maximize fleet uptime and support global supply chains. You will serve as the bridge between senior engineering experts and international fleet managers, delivering technical guidance, diagnostics, and tailored operational strategies across our global network.

Hybrid work with four days on-site and one day remote, training provided from day one, and collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to improve response times.

Qualifications

• Fluent or advanced Czech and Polish (written and spoken) for corporate use.
• Business English at least B2 required for technical systems and documentation.
• Strong communication, composure, and ability to work with multiple digital tools.

Role Overview

In the fast-paced logistics sector, our primary mission is simple: maximize fleet uptime and keep global supply chains moving continuously. Operating from our industrial and commercial center in Ghent, Belgium, you will represent a world-class automotive brand, serving as the vital connection between senior engineering experts and the commercial enterprises driving international trade. This role goes far beyond standard customer service. You will take direct charge of providing professional technical guidance, diagnostic resolution, and customized operational strategies to corporate fleet managers and authorized service centers across our global network.

Core Responsibilities & Workflow

• Hybrid Work Model: Maintain a strong work-life balance through a structured weekly routine of four days onsite at our modern Ghent facility and one work-from-home day.
• Elite Client Management: Handle critical incoming calls and digital requests, strictly upholding our top standards for safety and service excellence.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Evaluate complex operational disruptions and supply chain delays to deliver rapid, data-driven solutions for key business partners.
• Cross-Department Synergy: Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to reduce resolution times and maintain complete data accuracy across company platforms.
• Fully Paid Training: Complete a comprehensive, fully paid corporate onboarding program from day one. Previous experience in mechanics or engineering is not required; we provide all necessary technical knowledge and product training.

Candidate Requirements & Profile

• Mandatory Language Skills:
  • Bilingual Command: Fluent command of both Czech and Polish (written and spoken) is strictly required, including the capacity to transition effortlessly between both languages in a corporate environment.
  • Business English: At least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency is required to navigate technical systems, produce internal documentation, and participate in global team discussions.

  • Composure & Resilience: Demonstrated capability to stay calm, tactful, and focused on solutions during high-volume periods and critical client interactions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong comfort level working with complex enterprise software environments and handling multiple digital tools at once.
