It requires strong bilingual skills (Czech & Russian) plus professional English and a proactive, tech-savvy mindset. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, handle complex client relations, and participate in a funded onboarding program.

A global leader in heavy transport and commercial vehicles is seeking a dynamic Strategic Advisor. In the fast-moving global logistics sector, our main objective is reducing vehicle downtime and boosting fleet performance. Located at our Ghent, Belgium business center, you will act as the crucial link connecting our lead automotive engineers with the global corporations driving international business. This role extends far beyond standard consulting. You will deliver dedicated technical support, operational diagnostics, and tailored logistics solutions directly to corporate fleet managers and global dealer networks.

Key Duties & Daily Operations

• Hybrid Arrangement: Enjoy a flexible weekly routine featuring four onsite days at our modern Ghent office and one work-from-home day.
• Corporate Client Relations: Manage strategic B2B communications via phone and digital enterprise channels, consistently maintaining our commitment to safety, quality, and performance.
• Analytical Resolution: Investigate complex supply chain issues and operational delays to implement fast, targeted solutions for corporate clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to accelerate problem resolution and maintain reliable database records.
• Comprehensive Paid Training: Participate in a fully funded onboarding program. Prior mechanical or automotive engineering experience is not mandatory; full technical training is provided.

Desired Profile & Qualifications

• Essential Language Requirements:
  • Dual-Language Fluency: Exceptional, fluent command of both Czech and Russian is required, including full written and spoken mastery in both languages.
  • Professional English: A minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) standard is required to operate internal platforms, review technical manuals, and coordinate with global team members.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated ability to remain calm, diplomatic, and solution-focused during demanding situations or periods of high volume.
