Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management or organizational transformation.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in change management.

• Prepare and implement cybersecurity policies with CISO GRC Team and HR.
• Drive change management across all cybersecurity projects.
• Translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable guidance.
• Track adoption and report to Executive Leadership.
• Ensure alignment with risk and governance frameworks.
