Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a dynamic partnerships and business development professional to recruit, onboard, and manage broker relationships in the Netherlands, selling our Cyber Insurance solution. You will act as the main point of contact for broker accounts, ensuring partner satisfaction and alignment with Eye Security goals.

You will draft contracts, close deals, deliver impactful presentations and webinars, and represent Eye Security at trade fairs and events.

Qualifications

• First experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker or reseller partnerships.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work toward ambitious targets.
• Wamiliar with cybersecurity context and able to integrate it into partner models.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with broker partners to sell our Cyber Insurance solution.
• Serve as primary contact for broker accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with goals.
• Draft contracts and close deals, providing professional support to partners.
• Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources for broker effectiveness.
• Present Eye Security solutions at trade fairs and events.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
