Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Staff Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen Incident Response and Security Operations. This senior IC role leads investigations from intake to recovery, acting as a technical authority and mentoring teammates within a product-driven MDR organization serving over 1,000 European customers.

You will collaborate with intelligence, military, consulting, national CERT, and technology partners, while contributing to internal research initiatives, Bug Bounty Fridays, Capture

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on IR/DFIR/SOC.
• Ability to lead cybersecurity incidents end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS OS and security architectures.
• Strong enterprise networking and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as leading technical authority within Security Operations and drive strategic improvements.
• Lead cyber incident response engagements from intake through recovery.
• Coordinate investigations and drive outcomes as technical lead.
• Conduct forensic investigations to determine attack scope, root cause, and impact.
• Support customers during active incidents with clear guidance.
• Support MDR and Security Operations when not in active cases.
• Collaborate with management, legal, law enforcement, and regulators as needed.
• Mentor junior and medior responders to raise team maturity.
• Contribute to incident response playbooks and processes.
