Keytrade Bank in Brussels- or Belgium-based hybrid role seeks a Customer Support Officer to assist customers with daily banking needs, savings and investments across phone, email, chat and more. You will develop expertise through a structured learning journey in a digital-first banking environment.

You don’t need prior banking experience; your ability to learn, help customers and work in a fast-moving digital environment matters.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in French and Dutch, with a good working knowledge of English.
• Customer-minded, enjoy helping people and finding solutions.
• Clear and precise communication with strong spelling and grammar.

Responsabilités

• Be the voice of Keytrade Bank across phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Deliver solutions, not just answers; understand and resolve the customer’s situation quickly.
• Own the customer journey and aim to resolve questions from first contact.
• Help customers navigate our digital bank and its platforms with confidence.
• Build expertise in banking and investing through structured learning.
• Support, explain and inform about products and services within regulatory boundaries.
• Share customer feedback to improve processes, tools and the digital experience.
