FORUM JOBS MERELBEKE is seeking a customer-focused technical support specialist in Gent, Belgium. You will be the first contact for customers, answering questions and providing both remote and on-site assistance to resolve issues effectively.

You will analyze technical queries, work with installers and team members to address challenges, document solutions, and continuously improve service processes to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• No strict degree required; equivalent experience considered.
