Huawei is seeking a Customer Support Engineer for a Leased Workforce contract in Brussels, Belgium or Rijswijk, Netherlands. You will act as the first contact for customers, delivering 5x8 Level 1 support for PV inverters and energy storage systems.

Applicants should be fluent in French and English, with strong communication, a service mindset, and a technical background in electrical engineering. A minimum of 2 years in PV/power electronics servicing is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Proficiency in French and English; strong verbal and written communication.
Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing or maintaining PV inverters, battery storage, UPS, or power electronics preferred.

Responsabilités

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and remote diagnostics; provide 5x8 hour Level 1 support.
Collect information, log cases, and create service tickets per Huawei procedures.
Deliver first-line technical support for PV inverters, energy storage, and related products.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
Escalate complex cases to second-level support or R&D; ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
Document and analyze technical cases; identify recurring problems; contribute to knowledge base articles.
Assist with product acceptance testing, firmware updates, and remote system configuration when required.
Provide professional technical guidance to partners, installers, and end users, ensuring safety standards and high customer satisfaction.
