EVEREC, a fast-growing EV charging and smart energy company, is seeking a technically strong Pre-Sales Engineer to support its Benelux operations.

Combining product knowledge with deep Dutch/Belgian market insight, you will assist customers, partners and sales across pre-sales, solution design and technical support.

Fluent Dutch is essential and French is a plus. This hybrid role involves collaboration with engineering and product teams to shape our offering and advisory services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in EV charging, e-mobility, energy or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch and/or Belgian EV charging market.
• Fluent Dutch is essential; French highly desirable.
• Technical/engineering background, ideally electrical or mechanical.
• Experience with EV charging products, particularly AC/home charging, is highly advantageous.
• Background in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical sales, product or technical account management.
• Understanding of CPOs, charging networks, energy providers, leasing, billing or reimbursement.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and product expertise across the Benelux EV charging market.
• Support sales with solution design, proposals, tenders, demos and customer meetings.
• Translate customer requirements into technical and commercial solutions.
• Advise on market, technical and regulatory requirements in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Resolve complex product and installation issues alongside engineering and product teams.
• Support installation partners with onboarding, training and performance management.
• Analyse market and competitor activity to support product and commercial strategy.
• Understand the CPO, energy, leasing, billing and reimbursement ecosystem.
• Feed customer and market insights into product and engineering teams.
