Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Customer Support Apprentice to join our Sales Development team at East Midlands Airport. You will gain hands-on experience while earning a recognised qualification and building a career with the world's most international company.

You will handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels, assist with quotes and service questions, and work closely with Sales and Pricing teams to progress opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to organise tasks and manage time effectively.
• GCSEs including English and Maths; UK apprenticeship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries through telephone, email and online channels.
• Supporting customers with quotations and general service enquiries.
• Working closely with Sales and Pricing teams to progress opportunities.
• Following up customer requests and providing timely responses.
• Assisting with collections and billing administration.
• Resolving customer queries through to completion.
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
