Victaulic Europe B.V. in Belgium is seeking a Customer Care Project & SRS Coordinator to partner with the management team, bridging Customer Care and VDC to support Site Ready Solutions projects.

You will coordinate quotes and orders, monitor material availability, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP knowledge.
• Goal- and detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to travel occasionally overnight.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Sales Admin and VDC to manage Site Ready Solutions projects.
• Handle quotes and orders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales management for project follow-up.
• Monitor material availability and expedite items as needed.
• Assist Customer Care in resolving inquiries and issues.
