Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking an IT Coordinator to act as a central link between users, management, and external partners in Brussels. The role covers support, infrastructure, applications, and project coordination to ensure continuity and modernization of IT systems.

You will drive IT projects, manage external vendors, and identify improvements while staying aligned with a family-oriented culture and pragmatic mindset described by the client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT coordination or similar experience.
• Versatile profile spanning support, infrastructure, applications, and project management.
• Experience with external IT service providers.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 and collaborative environments.
• Excellent organizational, autonomous, and communication skills.
• Languages: French and English required; Dutch is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users (workstations, software, access).
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud environments, security).
• Administer and optimize business applications in collaboration with an external consultant (CRM, webshop, internal tools, Office 365).
• Lead IT projects (new tools, improvements, migrations) in collaboration with various departments.
• Coordinate and manage external IT vendors and service providers.
• Identify innovation opportunities and propose continuous improvements to systems and processes.
• Support users and management through change and the adoption of new tools.
