Belysse in Waregem, Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the primary contact for customers in your region. You will ensure that every order is handled smoothly, coordinating closely with colleagues across departments.

Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer, you are the primary point of contact for customers in your region. You ensure that every order – from initial inquiry to final delivery – is handled smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately from start to finish.
• Advise customers on products, pricing, and delivery times.
• Proactively identify solutions and resolve customer issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
• Work closely with colleagues from Sales, Planning, Transport, and Credit Control to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support your teammates whenever needed, including assisting with their customer accounts.
• Report directly to the Team Leader.

Your profile

• You already have experience in a customer service role, or you are looking for your first opportunity in customer service and are eager to learn.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and German, both verbally and in writing.
• You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• You have a solution-oriented mindset and work accurately, even during busy periods.
• You are a collaborative, engaged, and approachable team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team.
