Modulaire Group in Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first contact for customers. The role is hybrid with one day from home per week and offers a permanent contract for a junior level candidate.

You will build strong customer relations, gather issues, coordinate with planners, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining a professional customer experience and room to grow within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and French – both essential, English is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn, take ownership and develop.

Responsabilités

• Being the first point of contact for customers.
