• Obtain prices from suppliers, place orders and monitor the orders you placed.
• Register all customer data in the system, keep it up to date and consult with the accounting colleagues for follow-up of payment terms.
• Have daily meetings with customers and suppliers, and with colleagues from sales, dispatch, or accounting.

• Je volgt alle vragen van klanten op en staat in voor de opmaak en opvolging van de offertes en registratie van orders.
• Je vraagt prijzen op bij de leveranciers, plaatst bestellingen en zorgt voor een opvolging van de door jou geplaatste bestellingen.
• Je registreert alle klantengegevens in het systeem, houdt deze up-to-date en overlegt met de collega’s van de boekhouding voor opvolging van betalingsvoorwaarden.
• Je hebt dagelijks overleg met zowel klanten en leveranciers, als met collega’s uit sales, dispatch of boekhouding.
