• Think proactively with customers to find suitable solutions.

Als Customer Service Advisor ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales agents en interne teams in de **Benelux**. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en biedt daarnaast commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning aan de sales agents.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Je biedt commerciële ondersteuning aan sales agents in België en Nederland.
• Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via **e-mail en telefoon**.
• Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze samen met de sales agent verder op.
• Je werkt klantvoorstellen uit op basis van **schappenplannen**.
• Je beheert de algemene mailboxen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging.
• Je denkt actief mee met klanten en zoekt naar passende oplossingen.
• Je ondersteunt klanten met productinformatie en commerciële vragen.
• Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en systemen.
