Michael Page zoekt een Customer Operations Specialist voor onze klant, een multinational fabrikant van chemicaliën, gevestigd in de regio Zaventem. Je beheert het volledige orderproces voor de EMEA-regio, fungeert als contactpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor tijdige communicatie en correcte documentatie.

De kandidaat heeft een achtergrond in logistiek en klantenservice, een bachelor, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met SAP en Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in Klantenservice met sterke logistieke achtergrond.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgericht en servicegericht.
• Vereiste bacheloropleiding in bedrijfsadministratie/logistiek/verkoop/marketing.
• IT-vaardig, ervaring met Office en SAP.
• Inzicht in internationale/multiculturele omgeving.
• Nauwkeurig en in staat om deadlines te beheren.

Responsabilités

• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en oplossen van vragen.
• Beheren van het volledige bestelproces voor de EMEA-regio, inclusief transport en logistiek.
• Zorgen voor correcte documentatie en meldingen, vooral bij gevaarlijke goederen.
• Afstemming met Sales, Product Marketing en Supply Chain over voorwaarden, beschikbaarheid en prijzen.
• Verwerking van documentverzoeken na verkoop (vragenlijsten, certificaten, SDS).

Customer Operations Specialist

• Point of contact for the customer - responding to requests, solving issues and ensuring a great customer experience
• Managing the entire sales order process operations for EMEA region - handling the entire cycle including organizing transport and logistical aspects, liaising between different departments, service providers and providing on-time information to customer
• Ensuring that all the movements from the Production and Storage sites are made with correct documentation and declarations, particularly for hazardous goods
• Liasing with Sales, Product marketing and Supply Chain departments to align on terms and conditions, product availability, prices, credit limits, payment terms etc.
• Processing documentation requests (questionnaires, certifications, SDS and technical product information;) after sales

Profiel

• Experience in Customer Service with strong background of Logistics
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Logistics/Sales/Marketing
• A professional and friendly provider of services for our customers, someone with great listening skills, a problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt in an international, multicultural environment.
• Excellent and efficient communicator
• hands -on, result driven, customer focused, and with competencies in prioritisation, attention to details, managing deadlines and planning;
• Someone who meticulously maintains records to comply with internal and external procedures and policies.
• A higher education degree and IT literacy (Office, SAP).
